It's finally here. Netflix's latest release just hit the screens all over the world, and it doesn't disappoint one bit! Created by Tara Erraught, B.A. Pass is a tense thriller about a group of students from Delhi University who are looking forward to entering their post-graduation life as successful professionals. But their dreams of a future full of money and success are soon to be shattered, as an accident surfaces and threatens to destroy all that they have ever worked for. The story caught my attention practically the moment it was released, and I had no option but to give it a watch once I realized its features. So what is B.A. Pass about? Make sure you read the first part of this article as well as the second part, as those will contain some spoilers! The trailer which you can check out right below the article serves as a good introduction to the overall plot line of B.A. Pass . As we can see, it gives us a glimpse about the main characters and their overall psychology and also makes it clear that there's something sinister lurking around the corner. It's like a scene from Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho, where we can see Marion Crane making that fateful decision to rob the bank just because she wants to get away from her oppressive life. Yes, she ends up paying for her mistake with her life, but she can't bring herself to feel sorry for what happened as the rush of adrenaline which flooded through her body was so great that nothing else mattered . If you've watched Psycho , you'll probably know what I'm talking about. So I'm guessing you should have realized by now that B.A. Pass will be another psychological thriller, right? Well, yeah, of course! We have a young woman with dreams of making it big in this world. She's surrounded by people who are obviously important to her, but they all turn their backs on her when she needs help most. It's very similar to Edge Of Darkness , which is no secret that I am a big fan of! So if you are up for some edge-of-your seat entertainment, get watching! From the plot summary above, you might think that this film is pretty much predictable. But rest assured that Tara Erraught has added something different to B.A. Pass which makes it stand out from the crowd of similar movies out there. The story takes place in the post-graduation period, which means that most of the main characters are around their mid-twenties. You can already tell that this is a different approach when it comes to making movies with college students in mind, but I actually liked it since nobody wants to see people in their mid-thirties doing stupid things just because they want to have some fun in life . It doesn't make any sense to me. And besides, these characters seem more mature and well-educated than the ones you will find in most college movies. Instead of focusing on sex and drugs, these people focus on improving themselves and making something out of themselves . cfa1e77820
